What you will do

• Review content written by other writers, provide guidance and feedback, and take responsibility for decision-making
• Lead client discussions and provide strategic input into proposals and ongoing projects
• Craft engaging, accurate, and clear content including eLearning, workshops, infographics, and videos
• Line manage and mentor writers in the team
• Reference meticulously and collaborate on quality checks

Requirements

• 6–8 years’ experience in a medical communications agency
• Strong writing skills and scientific background
• Confident reviewing content from other writers
• Detail-oriented and passionate about learning theory
• Experience with training materials
• Line management experience
