What you will do

  • Produce scientifically robust promotional content including campaigns, brand narratives, detail aids, leave pieces, emails, congress materials, and digital tools.
  • Interpret scientific data, conduct literature searches, and develop claims support with ABPI-compliant substantiation.
  • Lead content development for assigned brands, incorporating feedback and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and experts in MLR reviews and scientific discussions.
  • Mentor junior writers, contribute to process improvements, and support business development.

Requirements

  • PhD in a scientific discipline
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in medical writing, ideally in a medical communications agency with focus on pharmaceutical promotional materials
  • Demonstrable expertise in promotional assets like campaigns, narratives, detail aids, emails, and congress materials
  • In-depth knowledge of ABPI Code of Practice
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, reference tools like EndNote, and PubMed
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events
