What you will do

• Review content from other writers, provide guidance and feedback, and make final decisions
• Lead client discussions and provide strategic input into proposals and projects
• Craft engaging, accurate scientific content for eLearning, workshops, infographics, videos, and more
• Line manage and mentor writers in the team
• Handle meticulous referencing and collaborate on quality checks

Requirements

• 6–8 years’ experience in a medical communications agency
• Strong writing skills and scientific background
• Confident reviewing content from other writers
• Detail-oriented with passion for learning theory
• Experience with training materials
• Line management experience
