What you will do

• Generate content outlines with clear story arc and complete reference lists.
• Develop client-ready drafts including slide decks, executive/comprehensive summaries, and meeting materials.
• Organize and annotate references according to client directives or house style.
• Confer with teams during MLR review process, answer queries, and implement required changes.

Requirements

• Advanced Science Degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) and 2+ years experience in medical communications agency or in-depth knowledge of deliverable development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and reference-management software (e.g., EndNote).
• Domain knowledge of multiple therapeutic areas, regulatory/scientific guidelines, and key statistical concepts.
• Excellent writing skills with logical, succinct data interpretation; strong literature search capabilities.
• Ability to perform content reviews, interpret results, identify limitations, and discuss findings.
• Strong interpersonal skills for problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making; highly organized with respect for timelines.
