TL;DR
SEON Specialist (Fintech): Building and optimizing antifraud and risk decisioning frameworks using SEON for a financial ecosystem with an accent on risk scoring, system logic, and end-to-end flow definition. Location: Fully remote from any location, but must be able to work within Central European Time (CET)

What you will do
- Develop and manage SEON antifraud capabilities, including signals, scoring, rules, and device intelligence.
- Gather and document business and system requirements for onboarding, authentication, and payment flows.
- Define risk signals, scoring models, and manual review processes to strengthen fraud prevention.
- Validate antifraud logic and test SEON integrations via APIs and webhooks to ensure scoring accuracy.
- Contribute to the overall risk strategy, balancing fraud mitigation with optimal conversion rates.
- Oversee integrations with KYC/AML providers and payment systems.
Requirements
- Experience as a QA Engineer, Business Analyst, or Product Owner in fintech, payments, iGaming, or fraud/risk domains.
- Hands-on experience with SEON or similar antifraud solutions.
- Strong understanding of fraud prevention, risk scoring, and API integrations.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Ability to work within the CET time zone.
Nice to have
- Experience with KYC/AML providers.
- Deep understanding of the payment lifecycle.
- Experience with analytics and performance metrics.
- Technical background.
