What you will do

  • Own and run demand planning processes in Kinaxis, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
  • Generate baseline statistical forecasts and analyze accuracy, bias, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop KPI reporting templates and maintain master data integrity
  • Monitor product lifecycles, support NPI activations, and manage SKU delistings
  • Collaborate with Local Demand Planners on forecast adjustments and code changes
  • Prepare materials for Monthly Demand Review meetings and handle promotional data

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in supply chain operations
  • Strong supply chain knowledge with KPI development and analysis experience
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with Kinaxis and SAP (preferred)
