What you will do

• Manage customer orders and serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain queries.
• Oversee and validate domestic order processing to ensure alignment with ship dates and sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, distribution, and transportation management (TMS) to fulfill duties.
• Perform inventory analysis and control, monitoring stock levels and replenishing orders.
• Lead selected department improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
• Resolve customer claims and support cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Order Management, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish are required.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle pressure and take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
