What you will do

• Manage the Order-to-Cash process, including order fulfillment and billing.
• Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations and shipment details.
• Ensure customer requirements and deliveries are handled correctly.
• Register and resolve transportation complaints.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain process adherence according to internal policies and targets.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Danish language.
• At least 1 year of functional experience in order management or customer service.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
