General Manager (Live Entertainment)

TL;DR

General Manager (Spain + Portugal): Create and lead a team to develop, launch and manage original events from A to Z with an accent on regional P&L responsibility, team development, and local industry connections. Focus on defining growth strategy, scaling events across markets, and negotiating deals with major entertainment partners.

Location: Madrid office required, managing Spain + Portugal region with possible travel across markets

What you will do

• Build and manage regional team (Project Managers, Producers, etc.) to generate growth
• Define regional strategy for sales performance, customer excellence, and operational quality to hit KPIs
• Manage local portfolio of experiences based on data analysis for market penetration
• Develop C-level relationships, negotiate deals, and expand local network with big partners
• Support scalability of experiences to other markets and report performance regularly
• Provide coaching, audit performance, and represent hirify.global at events

Requirements

• Fluent English + Spanish
• Project management / startup or consulting background (10y+ experience)
• MBA from top-tier school preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and large team management skills
• Experience managing complex projects, networking, and influencing C-level executives
• Solution-focused entrepreneurial mindset with ability to handle high workloads
• Not for event production background
