• Collaborate with kitchen, marketing, and external partners to create seamless experiences.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs, and drive profitability without compromising quality.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues on the spot.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in F&B (restaurants, cafés, or bars).
• Proven track record in people management and financial responsibility.
• Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
• Strong emotional intelligence, decisiveness, and resilience under pressure.
• Confidence in planning and using digital tools for operational management.
