What you will do

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Activate new client leads and follow up with potential clients
• Handle client inquiries and ensure high level of service
• Perform personal clientele analysis and take required actions
• Communicate latest products, promotions, and terms to clients while ensuring compliance
• Provide suggestions for system enhancements and cooperate with teams for business development

Requirements

• Degree in a business-related field
• At least 3 years of customer care or sales experience (financial services a plus)
• Fluent Turkmen speaker with excellent oral and written Russian and English
• Reliable with integrity, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, target-oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong computer literacy
• Valid work permit required
