What you will do

• Define plans to gather diagnostics data from customers during system failure debug to identify test escapes.
• Lead discovery conversations with customers using technical expertise in Si validation and system level test (SLT).
• Design and develop test boards in collaboration with customers to enable efficient system-level testing.
• Debug test failures related to signal integrity (SI) in high-speed SerDes and HBM memory interfaces.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address systemic issues across multiple products.
• Manage projects and technical tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering with 8+ years of experience, or Master's with 6+ years.
• Expertise in system-level validation, characterization, and debug.
• Experience with system-to-ATE correlation and SLT/Eval board systems.
• Proficiency with scan design, IJTAG, JTAG 1149.1, Memory BIST, and IP testing.
• Hands-on experience with I2C, MDIO, PCIe, and in-system buses like APB or AXI.
• Proficiency using oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, and other lab debugging tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of boot code, modes, and system state transitions for HBM-based SIPs.
• Programming experience and familiarity with data analysis languages and tools.
• Ability to read and understand C code used for IP testing.
