What you will do

• Architect and execute comprehensive verification plans for PCIe Switch, Root Complex, and Endpoint configurations.
• Build and scale UVM-based environments to test complex PCIe protocol behaviors and LTSSM transitions.
• Lead initial power-on, initialization, and functional testing of high-speed IO interfaces (PCIe Gen 5/6).
• Utilize oscilloscopes, Bit Error Rate Testers (BERTs), and protocol analyzers for lab validation.
• Reproduce complex silicon bugs and perform root-cause analysis to remediate hardware issues.
• Develop automation frameworks using Python or C++ to streamline validation workflows.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in ASIC development, pre-silicon verification, or post-silicon system validation.
• Deep structural knowledge of all PCIe protocol layers (Physical, Data Link, and Transaction).
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, C/C++, and SystemVerilog.
• Experience with Linux environments and hardware debugging tools like JTAG, GDB, or Trace32.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at one of the specified US locations.
