What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical interface for key customers integrating Optical DSP solutions into AI and datacenter platforms.
• Drive end-to-end system success from early design-in through bring-up, validation, and production deployment.
• Lead resolution of complex technical issues with immediate business and customer impact.
• Translate real-world customer challenges into actionable feedback for design and product teams.
• Enable high-bandwidth, low-latency connectivity required for modern AI workloads.
• Perform hands-on lab work with high-speed systems across optical, electrical, and system domains.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of DSP fundamentals, analog/mixed-signal circuits, and high-speed SerDes systems.
• Strong system-level hardware knowledge and ability to debug across multiple domains.
• Hands-on lab experience with TX/RX validation and high-speed measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, BERTs, VNAs).
• Experience in applications engineering or customer-facing roles supporting advanced semiconductor products.
• Familiarity with optical transceiver architectures and PAM4-based DSP systems.
• BS in Electrical Engineering (8–12 years experience) or MS/PhD (5+ years).
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
