What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical interface for key customers integrating Optical DSP solutions into AI and datacenter platforms.
• Drive system success from early design-in through bring-up, validation, and production deployment.
• Lead complex technical issue resolution with direct customer and business impact.
• Translate customer challenges into actionable feedback for design and product teams.
• Enable scale-out architectures requiring high-bandwidth, low-latency connectivity for AI workloads.
• Perform hands-on laboratory work across optical, electrical, and system domains.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of DSP fundamentals, analog/mixed-signal circuits, high-speed SerDes systems, optical transceiver architectures, and PAM4-based DSP.
• Strong system-level hardware knowledge and the ability to debug across multiple technical domains.
• Hands-on experience with TX/RX validation and oscilloscopes, BERTs, VNAs, and other high-speed measurement equipment.
• Experience owning and resolving complex technical issues end-to-end in applications engineering or customer-facing semiconductor and system roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence customers and internal stakeholders.
• BS in Electrical Engineering with 8–12 years of experience, or MS/PhD with 5+ years of experience.
