What you will do

• Lead complex on-site investigations into internal theft, fraud, and significant stock or cash losses.
• Analyse variance data to identify root causes and provide targeted training to high-variance venues.
• Develop physical security programs and "target hardening" for locations using alarms and cash protection.
• Conduct unannounced risk-based venue visits and holistic reviews to identify vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with Police, regulatory authorities, and external security vendors to support court outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to mitigate risks for new builds, renewals, and venue acquisitions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable loss prevention or corporate security role.
• Expertise in formal investigative techniques, evidence gathering, and internal fraud prevention.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and present loss prevention data.
• Must be based in either Sydney or Adelaide.
• Availability to work a scheduled rotational weekend roster.

Nice to have

• Law enforcement experience.
• Previous Venue Management experience.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Google Suite, and understanding of POS/gaming policies.
