What you will do

• Conduct one-to-many enablement sessions during customer onboarding.
• Respond to and manage basic to intermediate customer inquiries regarding hirify.global workflow.
• Support the delivery of standardized adoption materials and training programs.
• Assist in capturing customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.
• Provide feedback to Expert Product Services team members about recurring adoption challenges.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent the customer perspective during discussions about product enhancements.

Requirements

• hirify.global Certified Administrator (RCA) certification
• Minimum of 5 years of eDiscovery experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Robust organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.
• Customer-centric mindset with a desire to help others succeed.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML solutions for e-discovery is a plus
