What you will do

• Set the global strategy for mandatory and voluntary ESG disclosures across multiple jurisdictions.
• Align Legal, Finance, Technical Accounting, Investor Relations, Communications, Policy, HR, and Operations around consistent ESG reporting.
• Build reporting infrastructure, governance, and processes for efficient and reliable disclosures.
• Manage enterprise partner ESG data requests, vendor questionnaires, framework data, and merchant-facing disclosures.
• Oversee GHG measurement, business-wide data collection, vendor coordination, and audit readiness.
• Develop the strategy for reducing Scopes 1 and 2 emissions across operational facilities.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, compliance, or a closely related field.
• Hands-on ownership of reporting frameworks such as CSRD/ESRS, TCFD, GRI, SASB, Modern Slavery, or CDP.
• Experience building reporting infrastructure or processes from scratch.
• Strong cross-functional influence across Legal, Finance, Investor Relations, and Operations without direct authority.
• Excellent written communication skills for regulatory disclosures, strategy memos, and senior-stakeholder briefings.
• Business-grounded ESG judgment, with the ability to advise leadership on compliance and strategic investment priorities.
