TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own and evolve TA reporting and analytics, including pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and time-to-hire.
  • Prepare executive-ready scorecards and use trend data to forecast hiring demand and support headcount planning.
  • Lead talent market intelligence projects to map competitor hiring patterns and identify emerging talent pools.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven and automation solutions to streamline sourcing, screening, and reporting workflows.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Visier to visualize key TA metrics.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across ATS and HRIS platforms by defining standards and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Intelligence, TA analytics, or a data analyst role using data to drive recruiting strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with talent intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Findem, or Eightfold.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience building BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or Visier) for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous stakeholder requirements into structured data models and reports.
  • English: Good level required, proficiency preferred.
