Location: Hybrid (recommended 2 days in office), offices across Europe

Salary: €53,900 - €72,900 gross per year

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Validate business impact of opportunities using statistical methods and visualization tools.
• Define requirements for and analyze results of A/B tests.
• Investigate and detect specific fraud patterns in collaboration with other decision scientists.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze root causes of issues.
• Develop self-service dashboards to enable stakeholders to leverage data independently.

Requirements

• Experience in a Decision Science or Data Analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of statistical methods, including A/B testing and regression analysis.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (recommended 2 days per week in the office).

Nice to have

• Experience working in the Trust & Safety or Fraud-related area.
