Tax Senior Manager (Renewable Energy)

TL;DR

Tax Senior Manager (Finance): Overseeing U.S. federal and international tax compliance and reporting for a renewable energy organization with an accent on ASC 740 and international tax reform. What you will do

• Manage U.S. federal income tax compliance, including Forms 1120, 1065, and related disclosures.
• Lead the quarterly and annual income tax provision process under ASC 740.
• Oversee U.S. international tax filings (Forms 5471, 5472, 8858) and reporting for GILTI, FDII, and Subpart F.
• Support global minimum tax and international regulatory initiatives, including OECD Pillar Two.
• Maintain SOX internal controls and manage interfaces with external auditors and the IRS.
• Develop tax planning strategies for cross-border restructurings and transfer pricing policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the USA without employer sponsorship is mandatory.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in corporate tax accounting or income tax provision, preferably within a multinational corporation or Big Four firm.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational setting.

Nice to have

• Master's in Tax or JD/LLM degree.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems.
