What you will do

• Own and evolve core business metrics from definition to operationalization.
• Develop the AI stack to accelerate experimentation and GenAI applications.
• Drive cross-functional data projects across Commercial, Operations, and Engineering.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data marts using modern tooling.
• Design reliable, well-documented data models as a single source of truth.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to inform strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering or Data Analytics.
• Advanced SQL and expertise in data modeling best practices.
• Experience with modern transformation frameworks, specifically dbt.
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages for data work.
• Experience with BI tools such as Metabase.
• Must be based in Germany for hybrid work in Berlin or Heidelberg
