What you will do

• Lead implementation of large features and multi-sprint projects using C# and the .NET platform.
• Design and maintain performant, secure, and well-documented RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with product and QA stakeholders to translate requirements into robust backend solutions.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes to validate architectural approaches and reduce delivery risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core).
• Expertise with relational data stores (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate development.
• Familiarity with message brokers or event-driven architectures (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of gRPC or GraphQL API patterns.
