What you will do

• Plan, organize, and deliver System Safety Programs.
• Analyze system requirements from stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop system architecture and design specifications, and lead design reviews.
• Support hardware and software integration to ensure seamless system functionality.
• Conduct verification and validation testing, troubleshooting, and system validation.
• Prepare test plans and execute system performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Australian citizenship and eligibility for NV1 clearance are mandatory.
• Proven experience in Systems Engineering, including Requirements Management, Architecture, Integration, and V&V.
• Proficiency in systems engineering tools such as DOORS and CATIA MBSE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within complex system environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of military or defence systems.
• Familiarity with the ASDEFCON framework.
• Experience leading small projects or System Safety Programs.
