TL;DR
Electrification Field Engineer (Energy): Supporting and optimizing electrified power train and zero-emissions product lines with an accent on batteries, fuel cells, and energy storage systems. Focus on diagnosing complex technical issues, performing failure analysis, and delivering technical knowledge transfer to dealer personnel.
Location: Onsite in Redcliffe, Australia (5 days a week)

What you will do
- Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and repurpose electrification products, including batteries and fuel cells.
- Perform live electrical work on batteries and conduct quality testing and data collection.
- Support dealer personnel through troubleshooting, answering technical inquiries, and providing training.
- Conduct failure analysis and facilitate the return of failed parts to the factory for further investigation.
- Serve as the technical conduit between field operations and the factory to improve product performance.
- Visit customer sites and dealers to evaluate and support Electrification and Energy Solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a Technical Degree (or equivalent experience).
- Must be based in Australia or be able to relocate.
- No visa sponsorship provided for this position.
- Availability for 30% - 75% travel, including domestic and international trips.
- Ability to work onsite five days a week.
