What you will do

• Review and iterate on AI-generated code to improve agent training signals.
• Architect the codebase for AI legibility and maintain the automated product pipeline.
• Build tools and workflow infrastructure to enable non-engineering teams.
• Develop full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Node.js/Elixir, and Postgres.
• Monitor production environments to diagnose and fix agent failures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw).
• Proficiency with React/TypeScript and a backend language (Node.js, Elixir, or Ruby on Rails).
• Experience with Postgres or similar relational databases.
• Strong product instincts and high ownership mentality.
• Location: Primarily in-office in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic workflows in production.
• Background at a startup or high-growth company.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in REST or GraphQL API design.
