What you will do

• Manage travel and transportation budgets for clinical trial participants.
• Act as the primary point of contact for patients regarding air, hotel, and ground accommodations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure participant requirements are met.
• Support hospital and clinical staff with enrollments and visit schedules.
• Maintain study databases and generate operational reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent Spanish and English proficiency is required.
• Experience in the travel or pharmaceutical industry (2+ years preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
