What you will do

• Implement, install, configure, and provide user training for software products.
• Work with MS SQL databases and data dashboards, including OLAP cubes.
• Provide technical support, analyzing and resolving system and data exchange errors.
• Consult customers on software configuration and research solutions for technical issues.
• Manage customer requests via the support system and participate in project works.
• Perform software testing and upgrades.

Requirements

• Understanding of software implementation and support processes (CRM or ERP experience).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Fluent Ukrainian and at least pre-intermediate English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and understand technical documentation.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the FMCG market.
• Basic C# knowledge and skills.
• Proficiency in reading technical specifications.
