Starting US Pay Rate: USD 26.44/hour (part-time, 15 hours/week)

What you will do

• Provide quality control, data testing, and feedback for client apps and features
• Perform manual data quality testing of refactored code, comparing pre- and post-data sets
• Utilize client tools to create, manage, and update event information including festivals and multi-artist lineups
• Assess grouping and mapping logic, operate override tooling, and triage data issues
• Monitor events data quality weekly, review artist data, verify mappings, and conduct research
• Perform regular quality assurance checks after engineering updates and collaborate on solutions

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in data operations and quality assessment
• Experience partnering with product engineering teams during beta rollouts (no coding required)
• Experience in metadata organization and cleanup, especially disambiguation
• Excellent reading and writing skills in English
• Strong organizational, research, and time management skills with ability to work under deadlines
• Experience reviewing large volumes of work with high accuracy in remote environment
• Experience using complex content management systems
• Must be available to work occasional holidays
• Familiarity working with Mac, iOS, iPhone, and iPad

Nice to have

• Basic proficiency and knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with events and apps related to music, sports, theater, and other cultural events
