What you will do

• Execute preventive maintenance per schedule to minimize equipment breakdowns and operational downtime.
• Investigate line stoppages and equipment failures using root-cause analysis in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Perform repair, assembly, and replacement of industrial production machinery, including pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
• Install and modify pipelines and assist in the implementation of plant projects.
• Diagnose malfunctions using mechanical devices and review maintenance statistics to optimize activities.
• Order necessary parts and supplies while ensuring all equipment meets safety performance standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of industrial mechanical equipment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and P&ID's.
• Ability to perform welding using SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW methods.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays as plant operations dictate.

Nice to have

• Welding certification to NBIC code specs (Stainless Steel, Inconel).
• Specialty skills such as plumbing, machining, or millwright experience.
