What you will do

• Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments, including stakeholder and project risk analysis, to improve portfolio management.
• Develop and execute project management plans and applications to accelerate product delivery.
• Establish and manage structured financial and resource management processes with long-term (5y) and annual outlooks.
• Drive the stage-gate project management process for new product initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop consistent program messaging and drive buy-in.
• Report activity status to leadership and resolve risks and issues in coordination with PMO leadership.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in Wilton, CT
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, change management, or strategic transformations.
• Expertise in data analysis, budgeting, and finance.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel; experience with MS Project is preferred.
• Experience with AGILE methodologies and tools like JIRA.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Project management certifications (CAPM, PMP, IPMA, Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum).
• 6+ months of experience as a PMO specifically within hirify.global Wilton.
