TL;DR

Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do
- Own and manage the end-to-end customer implementation process from post-sale onboarding through data validation.
- Guide customers through the technical setup of front-end website tracking, back-end integrations, and ads tracking.
- Troubleshoot implementation gaps, including javascript placement issues, missing page views, and data mismatches.
- Validate that customer data quality meets expectations before handing accounts over to account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to track onboarding progress and resolve blockers impacting time-to-live.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-facing implementation or technical onboarding roles within a SaaS environment.
- Strong domain knowledge in MarTech, AdTech, or eCommerce ecosystems.
- Hands-on familiarity with client-side and server-side tracking, including pixels, scripts, APIs, cookies, and UTMs.
- Ability to diagnose issues using browser developer consoles and source code inspection.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Preference for candidates aligned with Central or East Coast time zones.
