What you will do

• Own and manage the end-to-end customer implementation process from post-sale onboarding through data validation.
• Guide customers through the technical setup of front-end website tracking, back-end integrations, and ads tracking.
• Troubleshoot implementation gaps, including javascript placement issues, missing page views, and data mismatches.
• Validate that customer data quality meets expectations before handing accounts over to account management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to track onboarding progress and resolve blockers impacting time-to-live.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer-facing implementation or technical onboarding roles within a SaaS environment.
• Strong domain knowledge in MarTech, AdTech, or eCommerce ecosystems.
• Hands-on familiarity with client-side and server-side tracking, including pixels, scripts, APIs, cookies, and UTMs.
• Ability to diagnose issues using browser developer consoles and source code inspection.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Preference for candidates aligned with Central or East Coast time zones.

• Experience with project management and CRM tools.
