What you will do
- Provide exceptional customer service via call center and case management for patients and providers.
- Support the provider network by calling in prescriptions and preparing sick slips.
- Manage the Code Blue escalation process to alert emergency services at the direction of providers.
- Resolve post-visit patient issues and de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure resolution for workflows outside the team's immediate scope.
- Identify and report potential system abusers to the appropriate internal teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of empathy and active listening.
- Ability to maintain composure and exercise good judgment in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with multi-line phone systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple concurrent cases.
- Adaptability to learn and scale new workflows in a constantly evolving environment.
