What you will do

  • Provide exceptional customer service via call center and case management for patients and providers.
  • Support the provider network by calling in prescriptions and preparing sick slips.
  • Manage the Code Blue escalation process to alert emergency services at the direction of providers.
  • Resolve post-visit patient issues and de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure resolution for workflows outside the team's immediate scope.
  • Identify and report potential system abusers to the appropriate internal teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of empathy and active listening.
  • Ability to maintain composure and exercise good judgment in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with multi-line phone systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple concurrent cases.
  • Adaptability to learn and scale new workflows in a constantly evolving environment.
