What you will do

• Execute IMAC requests including physical relocation, installation, and configuration of IT infrastructure like workstations, peripherals, routers, and display systems.
• Provide end-to-end implementation and repair for desktop devices, enterprise applications, and multi-platform servers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot specialized hardware such as self-service kiosks and real-time information displays.
• Oversee network connectivity and telephone systems for continuous operation.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues in Windows environments and enterprise suites.
• Participate in on-call rotations including weekends and off-hours for critical support.

Requirements

• 3+ years in IT field support or 2-4 years formal IT training
• Proven experience with Windows workstations, peripherals, and basic network/server administration
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and connectivity
• Knowledge of enterprise applications and server basics
• CompTIA A+ highly preferred; willing to travel locally and work flexible hours
• Excellent communication to translate technical processes into business solutions
