What you will do

• Examine petitions, case files, and documents from schools seeking certification.
• Conduct evaluations to determine compliance with 8 CFR 214.3 and federal regulations.
• Identify concerns, discrepancies, or missing information and recommend approval, denial, or corrective actions.
• Communicate with school officials for clarification or additional documentation.
• Document findings, rationale, and case notes for transparent adjudication.
• Collaborate with analysts, adjudicators, and management for consistent policy application.
• Manage records in adherence to internal and NARA requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of related professional work experience.
• Experience analyzing case documentation and identifying key issues for adjudication.
• Ability to evaluate complex regulatory frameworks and maintain quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems at intermediate/advanced level.
• Strong prioritization, workload management, and meeting deadlines.
• Effective communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience in compliance, regulatory analysis, or case management.
• Knowledge of federal school regulations, SEVIS, or adjudication processes.
