What you will do

• Lead technical oversight of the Family Planning Impact Lab in South Sudan and Somalia, coordinating research and design teams.
• Develop and disseminate training materials, evidence briefs, and measurement frameworks to scale contraception.
• Provide specialized technical assistance on contraception and abortion to country program teams.
• Contribute to thought leadership through blogs, working groups, and internal/external conference presentations.
• Support strategic business development and program design for SRHR opportunities.
• Monitor program implementation and key indicators to drive course correction as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in public health or related field (Master's preferred); clinical degree as a nurse or midwife is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in public health and SRHR, including field experience in humanitarian or fragile settings.
• Technical expertise in family planning and comprehensive abortion care.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder, multi-country projects across the humanitarian-development nexus.
• Proficiency in English and French required; Arabic or Spanish is an asset.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, occasionally on short notice.
