What you will do

• Define and evolve brand positioning using customer insights and market trends to shape a differentiated narrative.
• Lead the development and codification of brand identity, including tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and visual guidelines.
• Translate brand strategy into high-impact creative, supporting campaigns and go-to-market activity.
• Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to align brand with product propositions and customer experience.
• Act as a global brand guardian to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Develop brand measurement frameworks using data and insight to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of brand management experience, ideally within FinTech, technology, or a digitally-led business.
• Proven experience with complex brand evolution, including repositioning or new proposition development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing agencies and leading creative development processes.
• Digital fluency and an understanding of how brand translates into product and customer experience.
• International exposure and the ability to balance global consistency with local nuance.
