Salary: $53,300 — $119,850 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the development of major team-scoped projects for HR and Payroll products.
  • Implement user interfaces with a focus on performance, accessibility, and API design.
  • Redesign engineering delivery by implementing autonomous agents as the default execution layer.
  • Propose and operationalize end-to-end agentic workflows (spec → plan → execute → verify).
  • Mentor other engineers and provide guidance through comprehensive code reviews.
  • Contribute to the shared codebase and debug complex technical and business issues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Frontend Engineer or Developer.
  • Proficiency with React and a solid understanding of JavaScript ES6.
  • Experience writing meaningful tests using Jest and React Testing Library or Enzyme.
  • Experience leading the implementation and maintenance of large front-end applications.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Must be able to work hirify.globally from any location.
