What you will do

• Own and evolve core design system infrastructure, including repositories and Storybook.
• Scale design token systems, theming strategies, and distribution pipelines into product codebases.
• Develop reusable, accessible, and responsive UI components for a complex ecosystem.
• Build internal tools such as Figma plugins, CLIs, and CI/CD automations to improve productivity.
• Define and model system standards for automation, validation, and developer guidance.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate audits, migrations, and repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design and/or front-end engineering.
• Proven track record of owning a production design system used by multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
• Deep expertise in Figma, including components, variants, and library architecture.
• Strong understanding of design tokens and mapping design decisions to implementation.
• Must be based in the United States.
