What you will do

• Perform fundamental credit research on US investment grade corporate bonds, specifically within the utilities and industrials sectors.
• Develop and articulate defensible investment recommendations, fundamental credit ratings, and allocation ratings.
• Conduct deep, fundamentally driven investment research and utilize credit valuation analysis to inform relative value views.
• Produce well-researched, concise investment reports for global investment professionals.
• Proactively identify emerging risks, opportunities, and mispricings within the coverage universe to inform portfolio managers.
• Participate in client relations, marketing efforts, and sector team presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2–5 years of buy-side or sell-side experience, or other finance and investing-related experience.
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis and credit valuation analysis.
• Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia, and comply with the hybrid workplace model (minimum 4 days/week in office).
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset.

Nice to have

• CFA certification or active progress towards achieving the CFA designation.
