• Design, build, and deliver well-tested core components of the streaming data platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austin or New York City for hybrid work.
• 5+ years experience building distributed systems or foundational cloud services at scale.
• Strong background in data processing systems including query execution, storage engines, and workload optimization.
• Experience with Go, Java, containerization (Kubernetes), and observability tools.
• Proven ability in designing, testing, debugging, and performance tuning of large, concurrent software systems.
• Good verbal and written technical communication skills.
