Salary: $135K – $250K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Define the vision for backend infrastructure supporting product pillars and guide execution.
• Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and reliable infrastructure, APIs, and services.
• Contribute to system design discussions, stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Develop and own best practices for high-throughput and low-latency backend systems.
• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define the team roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven experience designing and scaling core backend software components.
• Production experience with Java, Golang, C++, or similar languages.
• Experience in Cloud Native environments, particularly AWS.
• Valid US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with managed Kubernetes layers like AWS EKS.
• Background in startups, having founded a company, or building side projects.
