What you will do

• Develop scalable verification plans, testbenches, and architectures for graphics components like 3D graphics, media, and display.
• Execute verification plans, run simulations, validate designs, analyze power/timing, and identify bugs.
• Debug failing tests in pre-silicon environment, root cause issues, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with architects, RTL developers, physical design, emulation, and software teams to meet functional, performance, and power goals.
• Write specifications, code RTL changes, analyze timing reports, and optimize for frequency.
• Develop coverage goals, ensure closure, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in electrical/computer engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM + 3+ years experience; Master's + 2+ years; or PhD
• Experience in SystemVerilog and UVM methodologies
• Experience in testbench development, feature verification, coverage execution, assertion-based verification
• Experience with Python or similar scripting
• Expertise in RTL design and debugging with industry tools

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU or CPU architecture and computer architecture fundamentals
• Debug experience in frontend design and verification flows/tools
• Prior exposure to IP development and verification strategies
• Familiarity with C, C++, object-oriented programming
• Working knowledge of Perl, Ruby, or Python
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
