What you will do

• Develop product test programs on Advantest 93K and Teradyne tester platforms, including characterization, production, and wafer sort tests.
• Design tester hardware for high-speed testing and create documentation for test plans and methodologies.
• Participate in testability reviews with DFT/DFM teams to enhance yield and test methodologies.
• Convert test patterns from design simulation to ATE format and optimize test flows for time reduction and yield improvement.
• Collaborate with product, hardware, design, system, and firmware teams to debug products and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related with 15-20 years experience, or Master’s with 10-15 years.
• 10+ years test program development on Advantest 93K or Teradyne Uflex/UflexPlus ATE platforms.
• Experience in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Java, Perl, Python, and Linux.
• Must be eligible for access to U.S. export-controlled technology (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or protected individuals).
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and multi-tasking skills in fast-paced environment.
