Senior Engineer, System-Level Design Verification (AI): Validate full-system behavior, from connectivity to throughput, across large distributed compute platforms with an accent on reliability, scalability, and performance in real AI workloads. Focus on measuring and tuning end-to-end AI workload performance, defining observability and diagnostics frameworks, and aligning verification plans with silicon goals.

Location: Hybrid, based out of Toronto, Austin, TX or Belgrade, Serbia. Offer contingent upon eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology (citizenship/permanent residency status or license approval required; restrictions for nationals of certain countries like EAR Groups D:1, E:1, E:2).

Compensation: $100k - $500k including base and variable (experience, skills, location impact offer).

What you will do

• Validate system connectivity, coherency, and functionality across large distributed AI compute systems.
• Measure and tune performance for end-to-end AI workloads to meet silicon targets.
• Define and evolve observability, diagnostics, and system-level test frameworks.
• Align verification plans with silicon goals in partnership with hardware and software teams.
• Debug complex issues collaborating with hardware and software teams.

Requirements

• Experienced verification engineer focused on full-system behavior beyond block-level micro-architecture.
• Strong analysis of AI workload performance and end-to-end hardware interaction.
• Comfortable debugging complex issues with hardware and software teams.
• Passion for reliability, observability, and operational excellence in compute platforms.
• Eligible for U.S. export-controlled technology access.
