Senior Technical Writer (Cybersecurity)

Cyera is building a unified security control plane for data, access, behavior, and AI models.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end documentation across multiple product domains and coordinate parallel workstreams with 5–10 Product Managers.
• Create and maintain user guides, API documentation, release notes, onboarding flows, and in-product microcopy.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable, user-focused content in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Use AI tools and automation to improve writing, editing, research, and documentation workflows.
• Apply analytics and user behavior insights to improve content effectiveness and user experience.
• Shape documentation strategy, structured authoring standards, review processes, and quality practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Strong technical proficiency and the ability to document complex systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in documentation workflows and improving documentation efficiency through automation.
• Experience using analytics and user behavior insights, such as Pendo or similar tools, to improve documentation.
• Strong command of structured authoring with Markdown, HTML, XML, or similar tools, plus experience with modern documentation tooling.
• Native or near-native English proficiency and required Hebrew proficiency.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with knowledge base platforms such as Zendesk Guide.
• CSS/HTML experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity or with data-driven products.
• Experience with translation management.
