Senior Technical Writer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Own end-to-end documentation for multiple product areas, working with 5–10 PMs across rapid release cycles
• Create and maintain high-quality content including user guides, API docs, release notes, onboarding flows, and in-product microcopy
• Leverage AI tools like Claude and internal automation to streamline writing, editing, research, and operations
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable content
• Use analytics and user insights to optimize content effectiveness and participate in feature design and demos
• Drive documentation strategy, best practices, structured authoring, review processes, and workflow automation

Requirements

• Native or near-native English proficiency; Hebrew proficiency required
• 6+ years as Technical Writer in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong technical proficiency to document complex systems
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in documentation workflows for content generation, editing, and automation
• Experience with analytics and user behavior insights (e.g., Pendo) to improve content
• Strong command of structured authoring (Markdown, HTML, XML) and modern tooling
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams in fast-paced environments

Nice to have

• Familiarity with knowledge base platforms like Zendesk Guide
• CSS/HTML skills
• Experience in Cybersecurity or data-driven products
• Experience with translation management
