What you will do

• Draft and update technical manuals, installation guides, and product specifications for advanced imaging systems used in healthcare.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Integrate new software functionalities and product options into existing documentation.
• Apply modular documentation and single-source content principles.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and subject matter experts.
• Ensure documentation follows internal standards, branding guidelines, and applicable medical device requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, technical documentation, or training materials.
• Vocational or higher education in Technical Writing, Applied Psychology, Training & Development, or a related field.
• Experience with Content Management Systems and/or markup languages.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• English proficiency and Dutch language skills are required.

• Experience working with technical and/or regulatory information.
