Project Manager / Functional Lead

TL;DR

Project Manager / Functional Lead (Federal IT): Overall delivery and performance of PM3S contract for NCI CBIIT, serving as single point of accountability for task execution, staffing, schedule, cost, quality, and risk. What you will do

• Serve as primary technical and managerial point of contact with the Government, including CO and COR.
• Lead task order execution, including planning, scheduling, staffing, cost control, and performance reporting.
• Direct delivery of portfolio management, governance, requirements definition, COTS configuration/customization, reporting, training, and O&M services.
• Ensure compliance with HHS EPLC, CPIC, FITARA, and NIH/NCI policies and standards.
• Oversee integrated reporting, audit support, data calls, and executive dashboards.
• Implement quality assurance, risk management, issue mitigation, and transition activities.

Requirements

• PMP certification or 8+ years project management experience
• Experience managing federal IT programs
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice to have

• Experience supporting NIH, HHS, NCI, or similar healthcare/research organizations
• Hands-on leadership with COTS platforms (e.g., PPM, workflow, reporting, governance tools)
• Experience delivering audit-ready documentation and executive-level reporting
