What you will do

• Design and configure Pega case types, workflows, and business rules.
• Implement end-to-end case lifecycle management, including SLAs and escalations.
• Develop reusable components adhering to Pega best practices and guardrails.
• Implement integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and databases.
• Perform unit, system, and UAT testing to identify and resolve defects.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-deployment stabilization and performance tuning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Pega development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Pega BPM platform and case lifecycle design.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, database connectivity, and data modeling.
• Proven track record in enterprise-scale BPM or workflow projects.

Nice to have

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Senior System Architect (CSSA) certifications.
• Experience with cloud deployments and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of BPM concepts and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working on large enterprise transformation programs.
