Senior Embedded Test Engineer

Senior Embedded Test Engineer (C#): Develop automated test cases for new firmware features and extend simulation- and hardware-based test suites with an accent on test automation and infrastructure maintenance. Location: Hybrid in Bratislava, Slovakia (office at least 2 days a week)

What you will do

• Develop automated test cases for firmware features primarily in C# and support developers in running tests
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test setups and restore test availability quickly
• Work hands-on with embedded devices, lab equipment, power supplies, and electronic test jigs
• Adapt and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, containers, and automation frameworks
• Manage unit tests in CMake workflows and improve test environment monitoring and stability

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate English or higher + fluent Slovak for communication
• Solid C# knowledge for automated tests; basic C++ to read/adjust code
• Senior-level CI/CD experience (Docker, Windows, test frameworks)
• Experience with UART/serial interfaces and lab equipment like power supplies
• Basic Linux shell/scripting and Python skills
• Willingness to work in office in Bratislava at least 2 days a week

Nice to have

• Understanding of wiring diagrams
• Experience with WSL-based test PCs
