What you will do

• Shape brand and marketing investment allocation across markets, brands, and channels in partnership with CCO and leadership.
• Drive high-return media investment decisions, challenging even spend distribution and legacy approaches.
• Define and lead global media strategy grounded in commercial priorities and measurable returns.
• Manage media buying ecosystem, agency partnerships, vendor negotiations, and governance standards.
• Develop and apply measurement frameworks (MMM, MTA, experimentation) to inform investment decisions.
• Partner with eCommerce and shopper teams to activate digital levers like retail media and search.

Requirements

• 10-15 years in media strategy, marketing effectiveness, or media investment roles.
• Strong experience in media investment decision-making, planning, and buying.
• Proven ability to drive ROI, reallocate spend, and improve effectiveness under budget pressure.
• Expertise in digital/performance media across full mix, including traditional channels.
• Hands-on with measurement, attribution, MMM, experimentation, leading to actionable decisions.
• Background in FMCG, CPG, eCommerce, or high-velocity consumer environments.
